Francis Adebayo is an indigene of Ondo state who hails from Owo local government area of the state. Mr. Adebayo had his first degree (B.Agric.Tech.) in Animal Production and Health in 1996/97 session with a second class (upper) division. This made him to be the best graduating student among his set (1997) in the department. He also had an MBA degree from the federal university of technology Akure in 2004 and he is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (AMNIM). In addition to his academic degrees, he holds a Master’s degree (M.Agric.Tech.) in Animal Reproductive and Environmental Physiology also from the federal university of technology, Akure in the year 2015 and finished with an excellent grade which qualifies him to pursue a PhD program from the same department and university (FUTA) earlier indicated above, which he has commenced.
He started his professional career as a poultry supervisor with Shoreman Agro- Allied Ltd, Idimu Lagos Nigeria from august 1998 to January 1999 and proceeded to Akinola Farms Mowe Lagos as a farm manager where he served till January 2000 before leaving to join the banking industry (owena – now heritage bank plc) as a customer relation officer in February 2000. Due to his hard working and transparent nature, he rose steadily to become a customer relation manager, operation manager and then a branch manager in 2001, 2004 and 2008 respectively.
